Rah Gostar Naft Commences Construction of Well Sites and Access Roads at the Azar Oil Field

According to Rah Gostar Naft Public Relations, execution of the well-site and access-road project for Wells P-26, P-31, and P-36 at the Azar Oil Field has begun in the Azar operating area in Mehran County, with representatives of the client and supervising consultant and Rah Gostar Naft’s execution managers in attendance.

This project, commissioned by Azar Oil Field Development Operations Company to Rah Gostar Naft has been awarded to Rah Gostar Naft to create the infrastructure required for drilling operations and development and to facilitate access to operational areas of this shared oil field. The project has now entered the earthworks stage.

At the start of operations, Engineer Zanganeh, Rah Gostar Naft’s Project Manager and Deputy for Execution, visited the site with representatives of the client and supervising consultant to review site mobilization and the commencement of earthworks. Necessary coordination was completed to execute the project in accordance with the schedule, technical requirements, and safety standards. The execution program covers earthworks, preparation of the sites for Wells P-26, P-31, and P-36, construction of access roads and connecting routes, and other required infrastructure in accordance with project drawings, technical specifications, and requirements.

Drawing on its technical capabilities, specialist workforce, and experience in civil and oil projects, Rah Gostar Naft will execute the project in accordance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and the approved schedule, contributing effectively to infrastructure development and accelerated operations at the shared Azar Oil Field.

As one of western Iran’s important shared oil fields, Azar has seen numerous development projects in recent years. Completion of access infrastructure, preparation of well sites, and development of fluid-transfer routes will improve productivity, accelerate execution, and support the field’s continuing development program.
