Rah Gostar Naft Holds Its First SWOT Analysis Workshop

According to the Public Relations Department of Rah Gostar Naft, the first training workshop on SWOT analysis On Tuesday, October 28 was held with a group of the company’s managers, deputies, and specialists in attendance.

Before the workshop began, Engineer Sajjad Zakeri, CEO of Rah Gostar Naft, spoke about organizational structure and the importance of developing strategies and objectives for achieving sustainable growth and success, emphasizing the need for precise strategies and appropriate goal-setting as essential pillars of progress in every organization.

The program continued with Dr. Mehdi Nejati Sareban, entrepreneurship lecturer at University of Tehran, analyzed and reviewed Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) . He explained the concepts and principles of SWOT analysis and clarified its application in developing organizational strategies for participants.

The workshop reviewed the history of SWOT analysis, methods for identifying an organization’s strengths and weaknesses, and ways to identify external opportunities and threats using the PESTEL, and combining SWOT with the Porter’s Five Forces to develop effective strategies. At the end of the workshop, participants discussed strengths and weaknesses Rah Gostar Naft Company were discussed and reviewed by company personnel.

The workshop provided an important opportunity to enhance the strategic knowledge and skills of Rah Gostar Naft’s managers and specialists and enable them to use strategic analysis tools effectively in addressing organizational and business challenges.
