Based on the technical reports presented to Sajjad Zakeri the CEO of Rah Gostar Naft, most execution stages have been completed in accordance with the projected schedule, and construction has entered its final phases.Current activities are focused primarily on completing the main interior finishing work in the residential units. Flooring, wall finishes, installation of doors and windows in all units, internal utilities, painting, and final architectural details are progressing to a suitable quality. A significant number of units are approaching the final stage of preparation, and owners are expected to be able to occupy them soon.The strong progress of interior finishing work reflects effective coordination among the project’s technical, engineering, and execution teams. The quality of work has been assessed as meeting the client’s technical standards. This progress demonstrates the execution team’s firm commitment to completing the project as quickly as possible and delivering the units in suitable condition.
